Is the water not sufficiently chilled?
Q : Have you dispensed a lot of cold water recently?
A : Please allow time for the water to chill to a sufficient temperature.
Q : Have you checked the dispensers voltage with your incoming voltage?
A : This product is exclusively for 220V areas. Please do not under any circumstances connect to 110V.
Q : Is the dispenser installed too close to the wall?
A : The water cooler should be at least 15 cm away from the wall to ensure good ventilation.
Q : Is the cooler located in direct sunlight or near a heat source?
A : Pleas block direct ray and keep away from heat source.
Q : Is the temperature of water supply appropriate?
A : Please ensure that the incoming water supply temperature is below 30℃.
Is the water not sufficiently hot?
Q : Have you dispensed a lot of hot water recently?
A : Please allow time for the dispenser to re-heat the water.
Q : Is the hot water switch turned on?
A : The hot water switch is the red switch located at the back of the dispenser.
Please ensure this is turned on.
Q : Is the water supply ok?
A : Any issues effecting the supply of water to the dispenser could cause the water to need heat up as normal.
Please ensure that the water supply is flowing and that the reservoir and hot tank is full.
Water cooler and purifier doesn’t work?
Q : Is the power connected and working in the area?
A : Check power supply to other electrical appliances.
Q : Is the power cable connected to the power socket?
A : If no, please plug in.
Is the appliance noisy or making unusual sounds?
Q : Is the floor under the cooler uneven or unstable?
A : Please ensure to install the dispenser on a flat, solid surface.
Q : Is the dispenser installed beside or together with other products?
A : Please install the cooler in an area where there is sufficient space to allow the cooler to be properly ventilated.
Is water leaking?
Q : Have you checked all connection parts with the water supply?
A : Please check that the connection hose has been installed. Even in the case of minor leakage, please contact the Customer Service Center after
immediately unplugging the cooler from both the water and electricity supply, mains supply.
Have you detected an unusual taste or smell from the water?
Q : Have you replaced the filters in accordance with the recommended time schedule?
A : Firstly, you will have to replace the post carbon filter alongside regularly sanitizing the cold water tank.
If the smell remains you should change all filters and a full sanitization carried out on the cold water tank.
Q : Has the house been left vacant for an extended period?
A : The problem may now be due to the fact that the dispenser was not plugged out during periods of prolonged inactivity.
This is especially true in areas of high humidity.
Do you find salt or ice like particles being dispensed?
Q : Have you replaced the filters in accordance with the recommended filter change schedule?
A : Please drain the water cooler and check that the UF or RO membrane or Nanofact filter is working normally. (Please contact the Customer Service Center to
order the replacement filters.)
Is the time it takes to fill up the cooling tank too fast or too slow?
Q : Have you replaced the filters in accordance with your user manual?
A : If no, please empty the cooler’s reservoir and replace the UF or RO membrane or Nanofact filter.
